DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sticks sachets daily, dissolving the contents directly on the tongue or mixing them with 200 ml of water.

The product may also be mixed with yoghurt when appropriate; however, this method is not recommended during episodes of diarrhea.
